Visiting this hotel has become a lovely tradition for us before Christmas. For the second year in a row, we were welcomed with such kindness and warmth. The staff is incredibly caring and professional, and all the ladies at the reception are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Especially Monika :) The beautiful hotel manager is truly wonderful always friendly and gracious, greeting every guest with a big, genuine smile. We will definitely be returning next year.

Staff Ms Anna and Ogle helped out in my tours arrangement and requests that I made. One cannot find better staff than them
