Everything was perfect. We strongly suggest booking at least a two night stay, because one night doesn't do justice to this place :) All the facilities are in great condition and owners are encouraging to use everything you have there. And the presence of deers makes the experience magical.

So perfectly appointed, many thoughtful touches and everything you’d need for a rejuvenating getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub, a fire outside and the SUP boards. We left wishing we’d booked more days!! I cannot say how much we needed this moment of calm after some chaotic travel days. Thank you for the thoughtful bottle of wine!!

A Vecgulbenes muiža egy XIX. századi, szeretettel felújított kastélyban várja vendégeit Gulbene történelmi városának szélén, Északkelet-Lettországban, mintegy 180 km-re Rigától. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dinner was superb and the breakfast was very good (both hot and cold options). The room was comfortable and clean and it was an interesting building.
