Just a 10-minute walk from Jemaâ El Fna Square in central Marrakech, this 19th-century guest house has a pool, a terrace and a patio with a fountain. Property, the facilities, massage and the whole riad everything was very cool, but the people there, the food, it was over the top!!! Our hosts and now friends Mohamed and Moha made us feel like home and helped us skyrocket our stay at Marrakesh from many aspects of view, helped a lot! also we tried some good restaurants at the center they were good but at the riad it was better, homemade cooked meals was 10/10! Definitely recommend it if you go to Marrakesh! Staff there will help you at everything!

The rooms were extremely elegant, the food tasty, and the staff friendly and helpful.

The service and friendliness of the staff: we received very helpful and detailed information about Marrakech when we arrived. On the last day we were allowed to stay in the courtyard until we were picked up for the airport and were even served tea. Simply great! Excellent value for money and great location which allowed us to do all the sightseeing on foot

What a wonderful oasis in the chaos this beautiful little Riad is. The staff are so supporting and helpful. Their guidance helped us get the best out of our visit . The breakfast on the roof was lovely. The hammam and massage exquisite. Peaceful and quiet and restorative.

Riad Anya & SPA is located at the heart of the medina, a 10-minute walk from the souks and Jamaâ El Fna Square. Our stay at this place was truly out of this world. The service was absolutely top-notch — warm, open-hearted, and genuinely caring. The staff made me feel not just welcome, but truly at home. The food was absolutely delicious, every meal a delight. The place itself is unique and full of character — far from ordinary. I travel a lot around the world, but it’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such kindness and warmth. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and without a doubt, when I plan my next trip to Marrakech, I’ll be coming back here!
