With a private beach, on-site dive shop and variety of dining options, this hotel and spa in Cozumel provides an ideal Caribbean escape near attractions such as Chankanaab National Park. My husband and I stayed at the Presidente InterContinental Cozumel Resort for a week and it was the perfect place to stay while getting our Open Water PADI scuba diving certification. The location is amazing, with beautiful marine life right in the area and excellent diving instructors nearby. Breakfast was very complete and delicious every day, and our room was very spacious, we were especially lucky to have a stunning sea view. The hotel facilities are wonderful, especially the gym, and the whole property has a beautiful setting. The staff were extremely kind and attentive at all times, and we also really enjoyed the restaurants.

This home is beautifully kept. It has something for everyone. Do you have teens? There is a basketball, volleyball court with high walls. There is a pool table too. The pool and water slide are fun for kids. The kitchen is well equipped and a delight to cook in. Two very large bedrooms with en suites and a queen room without. Watch out for changes of elevation between rooms ie steps up or down.

We stayed for a whole month due to an internship. Workers were really nice, and the owner of the apartment was fenomenal. She was really aware of us at all times, if we needed something she would take care of it. The best part of the day was to come back to the apartment. Lovely pool, jacuzzi and the money bar upfront is great for a nice dinner and snorkeling. I would definitely be back.

Not in the main tourist center, but at the local end of town. More affordable and more real. Cool motel with a pool and neat courtyard. Room wasn’t fancy, but it was cozy and exactly the type of experience we wanted. We rented a buggy and had a blast bombing around the island
