Breakfast was not only many options but beautiful quality and the staff all genuinely wanted you to have anything you wanted. This service made us feel incredibly welcomed and looked after. The room was huge and couldn’t be cleaner. Beds were really comfortable and the room was nice and quiet for a city hotel.

It was an excellent location with a parking garage one block away. Right around the corner is a gorgeous pedestrian alley decorated with colorful kites and bars/restaurants. it's a five min. walk from the cathedral and stright up the street is another beautiful landmark church. I really liked the shared kitchen and the balconey from my room.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The accommodations were so beautiful, the service was top, and the location was perfect, walking just some minutes away from downtown The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. It's true that the hotel is on a hill, so there's a short uphill walk from Downtown, but it’s manageable and you can also take a car or taxi. This might be a bit tricky for elderly guests, but the views and peaceful setting are worth it!
