Offering suites surrounded by patios, Hotel Boutique Casareyna is set in a charming 17th-century house. Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Puebla, it features a restaurant and art gallery. Honestly, this is one of our favorite places to stay in all of Mexico. It's kind of a hidden gem as the front of the hotel doesn't look like much. The location, right on the edge of the old town, is convenient. Once inside, the character of the place and the rooms them self are such a joy to be in. The bespoke furnishings are of some of the highest quality I've seen; the mattress was very large and very comfortable; the rooms are spacious with nice tall ceilings. We stayed in a room near the pool, it was peaceful and lovely. We had an extra bonus from the desk manager after checkout. He noticed some challenge we were having with transportation and offered a ride (in a brand new Audi SUV) to the bus station. Very personal service, thank you.

This was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly and present when you needed them. They kept the property in pristine condition. The furniture in the rooms were beautiful, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and spacious. There is a parking port if you need it. All of the plants and flowers were clearly well loved. Plenty of bird watching to be had on these grounds as well!

My family and I were visiting my son and this is one hotels we stayed at during out visit to Mexico. We loved the rustic style and the whole place was very peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of places to sit but we particularly loved the little terraces outside each room. Whilst the pool area was small we didn't have any problem with it being too busy. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy with rooms being serviced daily. Food was excellent too and we loved that breakfast was served until late. All the staff were very friendly and attentive too.

It was located in the center of the City, close to everything. The furniture are wooden made, and the space was clean and comfortable in general. The staff is nice and kind.
