I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. It's true that the hotel is on a hill, so there's a short uphill walk from Downtown, but it’s manageable and you can also take a car or taxi. This might be a bit tricky for elderly guests, but the views and peaceful setting are worth it!

Our room was beyond expectations (Mariposa) with its quirky decor and balcony overlooking the atrium. The breakfast room was gorgeous, with river views and a spa pool. The rooftop infinity pool was perfect for morning length swimming and had spectacular 360 degree views. A a bonus pool and sun deck was just above our room. The location was perfect, next to the river and Coale Islsnd, plus loads of small restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. Our stay was made extra special by the hotel staff and the two rescue cats, Elizabeth and Josephine.

Great location and fabulous staff! We got an upgrade to a Sky Suite with our own pool! The hotel itself was steps to the beach and a multitude of restaurants. Everything was beyond what we were expecting. The suite was gorgeous ! We didn’t want leave! We’ll definitely be back.
