Everything was so good. The staff were exceptional! The place was fab - they’d thought of everything, even leaving insect repellent around the place when it was needed!

Offers a feeling of calm and elegance the minute you walk in. The staff were super accommodating...there was no hairdryer in the hotel but after I requested one the staff went out and bought one. The breakfast served was sweet pancakes but they made a different breakfast for us as we preferred something savoury. The hotel was very quiet whilst we were there, it felt as if ii was our own private place. Parking literally at the front door..

The beds were very comfortable and we slept perfectly. The owner was outstanding—quick to respond, very helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The surroundings were calm and quiet, which made it a great place to rest and work. A standout feature was the fast, stable internet connection—something that’s surprisingly rare in Mexico. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Proactively helpful, professional, and always wearing a friendly smile, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection. A special mention goes to the unique experience of having exclusive access to the cenote before opening hours – a rare treat that allowed us to fully appreciate the natural beauty surrounding the hotel. The inclusion of the zip line in our stay was a pleasant surprise and added an exhilarating dimension to our experience. Soaring through the air amidst the beautiful trees provided a breathtaking view of the overstory, making it a truly memorable adventure. With only seven villas only during our stay, it offers an intimate and exclusive atmosphere. The limited number of guests ensures a tranquil and serene environment, allowing us to fully enjoy the exexpansive pool area surrounded by trees. Spending hours in the pool became a therapeutic escape, and the seclusion added to the overall sense of peace.
