I loved the historical feel about the hotel and actually Valladolid itself. The staff were amazing.....very attentive and friendly. My suite was I believe Ana Maria..... exactly like the photo.....very spacious room....if you like modern then it's not for you ...if you want to feel like your going back in time then its for you. The bathroom functioned well.....coffee facilities and refrigerator was great. Not far to walk from the ADO bus station.....great location....I walked around and found myself in some great local spots. Breakfast was lovely.....a must try Mexican Coffee really tasty. I choose half board so dinner was included.....really nice touch.

The staff was very helpful. The front desk had noted down the things that I had mentioned through messages and came through when we arrived. They then also gave us good recommendations for local spots too. The next morning while checking out we had requested breakfast to go, which they had ready for us.

Everything! The bed was big and comfy. The room was spacious and well decorated and immaculately clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We mentioned when we were arriving, and they stored our luggage and let us check in an hour only. The breakfast food was delicious. Also the restaurant for lunch/evening meal was great too. If you have any doubts about booking here, ignore them and book it. You won't regret it. This place was amazing and we miss it already.

Everything about La Casa Cielo was perfect. From checking in with the maestro to our gorgeous room with huge, comfortable bed and great A/C. The views from the hotel were incredible and we very much enjoyed eating our breakfast looking over the beach and sea. The pool was lovely and great for a cool down. There was a private beach section with comfy sun loungers which was basically on the beach front from where we enjoyed many cervecas. The staff were all fantastic. We enjoyed that there were no plastic bottles used and instead a water refill station with hot and cold water. Definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

The house was excellent. Spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept perfectly. The owner was outstanding—quick to respond, very helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The surroundings were calm and quiet, which made it a great place to rest and work. A standout feature was the fast, stable internet connection—something that’s surprisingly rare in Mexico. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
