My partner and I stayed here for several days and it was perfect. Very close walk to the beach and restaurants but still felt secluded and peaceful. The cabin was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Some people in our group got massages and loved them. Host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Podobało nam się wszystko. Po podróży ADO z Cancun do Valadolid Casa Xaan była jak kompres. Pieszo z dworca autobusowego szliśmy ok. 20 minut. Przywitał nas Mario, a mimo później pory dołożył wszelkich starań, aby nas poznać i zaproponować wycieczki, restauracje, muzea itp. Skorzystaliśmy z wielu jego poleceń: w tym z wycieczek z Manuelem z Maya Adventure Yucatan. Planowaliśmy jeździć autobusami na własną rękę, ale nie warto zawracać sobie tym głowy. Ceny są porównywalne, a doświadczy się i dowie dużo więcej. Naprawę będzie to dobrze wykorzystany czas. Sam hotel jest bardzo czysty, kolorowy, spokojny i chilloutowy. Można samemu przygotować śniadanie, kawę i posiedzieć na tarasie. W ogrodzie mieszkają różne zwierzaki - ich obserwacja połączona z pełnią księżyca jest fascynująca. Łózko jest duże i wygodne, poduszki tak samo. Pościel i ręczniki wysokiej jakości. Cena również jest atrakcyjna - trudno znaleźć coś lepszego. Dzięki Mario i mamy nadzieję - do zobaczenia!

Beautiful property, great breakfasts, Ayurvedic treatments and Mayan Abdominal Massage, right on the beach and in town. Has a GENERATOR!!! yay! We will return again and again.

Hotel Zamna Boutique jest usytuowany w centrum miasta Mérida, 1 km od katedry św. Ildefonsa. Everything was so good. The staff were exceptional! The place was fab - they’d thought of everything, even leaving insect repellent around the place when it was needed!

Spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept perfectly. The owner was outstanding—quick to respond, very helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The surroundings were calm and quiet, which made it a great place to rest and work. A standout feature was the fast, stable internet connection—something that’s surprisingly rare in Mexico. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The villas are elegant and very comfortable. The restaurant is top notch and not expensive. The staff is highly responsive, and security was always on the ball at the entrance. Amazing place, we couldn't have imagined a better place to have our honeymoon, and I've stayed in tons of resorts, hotels, and houses all around the world. I'd pick this one again without a second thought. Other notes: the cenote next door is prettier than most, and I got a free fish cleaning treatment in the water just by holding still and letting the little ones come and check me out. The pool is nice and large as well, we spent a lot of time in the pool (another review mentions leaves in the pool, and it is true, as it is partially shaded by many trees, and there is just no way that leaves won't get in there, its natural, live with it). The nearby city, Valladolid is colonial, and has a very pretty city center including the church, and the convenant, and a long street between the two. It's worth spending a day walking the city and eating at some of the more local restaurants as well.
