In-unit washer is a great help. The villa is one of several in the complex. While we were there, the occupancy rate was very low, and we practically had the place all to ourselves. Facing the ocean means you get unobstructed view of the daily spectacle of sunsets. During low tides when the ocean front is accessible, the entire beach (quite flat out into the water) is for our enjoyment.

The unit was clean and spacious with a great view of the city and ocean. The bed was comfortable and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the best parts is the location, it’s connected to Imago Shopping Mall, which made shopping and finding food super easy. Plus, it’s just a short drive to Jesselton Point, Tanjung Aru Beach, and Gaya Street Market. Very convenient if you’re planning island hopping or a day trip to places like the Mari Mari Cultural Village. The building also had good security and convenient parking.
