The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right on the water. It's close to Fort Cornwallis and the Queen Victoria clock tower. It's a short walk to Little India, Chinatown, Armenian Street, and the heritage area. The wifi was excellent. There are some nice cafes and restaurants on Green Hall Street.
