The location was great as we wanted to visit the waterpark, and it is literally downstairs. Also, a cool view as you can see the waterpark and thus the night show from the balcony. The apartment was nice and clean. It was our family and one other family and we fit just fine.

Jason even asked his friend to help us to check in on site. We really appreciate that.

Check in was smooth and easy. Property is clean and exactly like the images shown. Condo has really nice family friendly facilities & is 2 mins walk to the Lost World of Tambun where we spent majority of the day.

Set against limestone hills, The Banjaran provides a peaceful wellness retreat with its geothermal hot springs and a naturally heated swimming pool. A steam cave and ice baths are also available. This place met and exceeded my expectations. They fit us into the spa last minute for some wonderful massages, provided little bonuses on arrival (drinks in the room, chocolates, and afternoon tea service) and even a gift upon departure. The bed was comfortable, the pools were clean and in immaculate condition, no detail is overlooked here. I was given the chance to bid for an upgrade and received a garden villa which was huge, I LOVED it! I would 100% go back if I could.

We,ve stayed in a few hotels before in Malaysia and after having predominantly negative experiences there (missleading photos and ratings on booking.com), this one actually surpassed our expectations. It is located at the top flor and it really shows that the owner is taking good care of the property. It was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable, not to mention the fantastic views and to top it off a rooftop infinity pool. If we ever return to Ipoh this is the place we will stay at for sure.

It's a good choice for those who want to go to the theme park, just a min walk to the entrance. There are beautiful pools but I have no time for a splash.
