At the hotel guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. We loved everything about this hotel! We stayed for three nights and had two connecting rooms - each one was very spacious, around 40m2, impeccably clean with every facility we could imagine including a sofa, ultra silent air conditioning, amazing beds, bath and shower, very tasteful decor, great TV and movies, generous free minibar with water (a must due to the hot temperatures). We loved the buffet breakfasts and dinners - it was a great opportunity to sample a wide range of local and international cuisine. The gym is among the best we have seen in a hotel with machines, free weights, several treadmills, etc., the infinity swimming pool is a great size for swimming as well as lounging around and the spa is also excellent. All the staff were very helpful and kind, a special mention for Ms Aslina Semsudin, the director of guest experiences who was very helpful. Finally, the location of the hotel is excellent with the Petronas Towers and many shopping areas within 10-15 minutes walk.

Guests can approach the 24-hour front desk for currency exchange, tour arrangements and laundry services. Daily workouts can be maintained at the fitness centre. Alternatively, guests can relax in the hot tub, sauna and steam room or enjoy a massage. The property was very big and lovely and it was very clean and smelled really great. It was in a great location and we had a great view of the twin towers from our room. It was a walkable distance to the mall and very comfortable all round.

The staff was great and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent.

A personalized meet and greet service from KLIA can be arranged for an extra charge. Room was excellent, delivery form terminal by baggy. Nice swimming pool and steam room.

Great location, close to attractions, with parking available. Reached early and they kindly let us freshen up and store our luggage.
