Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers accommodation in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk to KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. From the time we checked in, they were very accommodating and comfortable. The room was very nice with a great view. The service was excellent. The bell girl even helped me out when I was having trouble getting a car to go to the airport. Great hotel and I would stay there again.

The view is amazing if you have the right room. The pool was not busy when we there and the view from the top is spectacular. It is not a hotel so don't expect that service. But if you have the number to call they will help you

Decent place. Location is good. Near MRT. Facilities is great. Would consider this place again for future trips.
