We loved everything about this hotel! We stayed for three nights and had two connecting rooms - each one was very spacious, around 40m2, impeccably clean with every facility we could imagine including a sofa, ultra silent air conditioning, amazing beds, bath and shower, very tasteful decor, great TV and movies, generous free minibar with water (a must due to the hot temperatures). We loved the buffet breakfasts and dinners - it was a great opportunity to sample a wide range of local and international cuisine. The gym is among the best we have seen in a hotel with machines, free weights, several treadmills, etc., the infinity swimming pool is a great size for swimming as well as lounging around and the spa is also excellent. All the staff were very helpful and kind, a special mention for Ms Aslina Semsudin, the director of guest experiences who was very helpful. Finally, the location of the hotel is excellent with the Petronas Towers and many shopping areas within 10-15 minutes walk.

Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers accommodation in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk to KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. The property was very big and lovely and it was very clean and smelled really great. It was in a great location and we had a great view of the twin towers from our room. It was a walkable distance to the mall and very comfortable all round.

Location & Access: Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA (Landside) is connected directly to KLIA via a sky bridge, it's just a 5-minute walk from the terminal. Guests also enjoy a complimentary 24-hour buggy service.... Room was excellent, delivery form terminal by baggy. Nice swimming pool and steam room.

We had such a wonderful stay. The suite was Spotless spacious and it was such a bonus to have a washing machine during our trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and made everything so easy to us. The location was perfect .
