Situated next to the scenic Rondane National Park, this mountain inn offers an in-house restaurant and individually decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Ringebu village is 40 km away. Charming, loved having a cabin where we could prepare food. We did enjoy having dinner in the lodge upon arrival. It was very well done but we thought overpriced.

There were even children's books in Norwegian. Bed linen and breakfast were included in the price, which was a nice extra bonus.

Smuksjøseter Fjellstue has a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Høvringen. Among the various facilities are a bar and ski-to-door access. I like the location it is in the middle of the mountain which gives you a fresh breth and nice view with a very calm and gorgeous environment
