Cardrona Hotel features an iconic on-site restaurant and bar. You can enjoy the picturesque gardens while sipping a drink on the patio. It was a welcome rest as we arrived by bike. The front entrance is vintage and unassuming…but behind the long hedge is a huge beer garden which serves very tasty and reasonably priced food. We didn’t go in to the restaurant as the beer and garden food sufficed. The room was comfortable and looked in to the courtyard. The staff were all very friendly and were able to accommodate our bicycles. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend people go in the front door and check it out.

Archway Motels & Chalets offers quiet and secluded accommodation, only 200 metres from Lake Wanaka. The gentleman who helped us to check in is very friendly and helpful, we got our best meal in New Zealand under his recommendation, thank you very much!

The accommodation was lovely and modern, exceptionally clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The bed was super comfortable, would be very cozy in winter

Alan and Noeline were great hosts. We were recommended to try the food at the Trout which was a fantastic place with nice selection of beers on tap. We had to leave the place early and they were kind enough to leave some fruits for us to take along for out trip.

This was a beautiful little B&B - the room was lovely, the grounds were beautiful gardens. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and really had a wonderful stay.
