Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and sea view. Fantastic! Everything is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and professional. I would particularly like to mention the waiters Nahid and Rassel, as well as the lady at reception – they do a great job! The hotel manager was also very courteous and made our stay unforgettable. The most beautiful hotel on our trip through Oman – highly recommended!

An excellent price-quality ratio. The equipment of the apartment is basic, but you don't need more because you can order good food very cheap from the Talabat application. I needed a hair dryer and I called the reception, and they bought a new one and sent it to the room in 20 minutes. The apartment is very big and was very clean. For cleaning, you only had to tell the reception and they sent 3 people who did exemplary cleaning very quickly. At the reception, the staff is professional and will help you with anything you need. There is a very large parking lot in front of the hotel and you can park almost anywhere. The location of the Hotel is in a semi-industrial area, about 20 minutes drive from the airport. It is necessary to rent a car to be able to visit the city and its surroundings. Recommendations: 1) for food: install the Talabat application. The food is quite varied and not expensive at all. 2) for the rented car we used Cruise Rental Car Salalah and we were extremely satisfied with their professionalism and the total transparency of the prices. 3) for shopping other than cooked food (fruit, shampoo, etc.) we went to the Nesto supermarket, which is a 5-minute drive from the hotel. Anyway, right next to the hotel is a smaller shop that is open until 12 at night.

Among the facilities of this property there is a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Everything was amazing. The villa was very comfortable.

Auwqad Beach Salalah noktasına 1,4 km, Sultan Kabus Camii noktasına 11 km mesafede bulunan Belad Bont Resort tesisi, Selale şehrinde odalar sunar. Very nice, new looking hotel at the west end of Salalah. you definitely need a car when you staying in this hotel but you need it in Salalah anyway. The staff is great, the breakfast is delicious. In five minutes drive there is a big supermarket and in 15 minutes you can get to the city easily. Perfect starting point to explore the surroundings, places of interest and it is always a pleasure to arrive back to this hotel after a long day with full of experiences.
