They kindly allowed us to store our luggage until very late, which made our travel plans much easier. What impressed us the most was their generosity when our Uber order was canceled because of our luggage. Even though it was raining, the hotel staff went out of their way to personally drive us to the Movil Bus station. This level of care and responsibility is rare and deeply appreciated. I also really loved the fireplace on the first floor. Sitting by the burning fire made me feel so warm and comfortable, especially after a long day. It created such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
