The restaurant overlooking the valley and mountains beyond is very good, with the alpaca dishes being particularly tasty. There was a better than average selection for breakfast, and service was attentive but not intrusive. The barman (whose name I didn't catch, sadly) mixes a very decent Pisco Sour. There is parking to the rear of the building. The staff (particularly Gaudi the receptionist/concierge) were friendly and genuinely seemed to want us to have a great time. Apparently there is a also sauna, but we didn't use it. The room was very comfortable, with an open (gas) fire and spa bath,. The kettle was a welcome addition.

The modern and beautiful interior was embedded perfectly in the old monastry building. The food was delicious for dinner and breakfast. Even for the food it was taken care of every single detail. It was a special stay for me and my girlfriend and the staff supported me in all possible ways for my proposal plans.

Amazing host members, Jacinto and Marta are extremelly friendly and good people.

Other amenities include a minibar and free toiletries including body lotion, a hairdryer, bed linen and towels. Really lovely hotel. Bed was huge! Room was as big too. Bathrobes were a nice touch of luxury. Shower has nice warm water (takes a little while, but be patient and it will come). TV worked well & mini fridge was useful to keep water nice & cold. Room temperature as very clean
