The staff are very attentive, kind and polite. The food is marvelous. This hotel was the best choice of my trip! Just LOVE it!!!!!

Part of Tierra Viva Hotels Chain, this property is located in Urubamba, the heart of the Sacred Valley, 60 km from the centre of Cusco and only 11 km from Ollantaytambo, the starting point to explore... Fantastic place. Staff was very helpful and friendly- especially the reception staff. Clean rooms with big comfortable beds. Highly recommend.
