Serenity and peace of mind are guaranteed at this beautiful place. Although Casa Amazonas is located on the outskirts of Puerto Maldonado, being surrounded by the jungle makes it feel incredibly peaceful, welcoming, and safe. Vanessa and the entire team welcomed us with the warmest hospitality and made us feel at home from the very beginning. They also organized several wonderful excursions for us, including Lake Sandoval and the Macaw Clay Lick, where we spent a night at Chunchos Lodge. Our kids loved the fishing experience, while my personal encounters with the local women's communities were among the most memorable moments of our trip. We especially appreciated how Casa Amazonas combines adventure, wildlife, cultural experiences, conservation, and genuine hospitality into one unforgettable stay. It truly reflects everything we love about travel.
