The best and exceptional service ever. Rate it 10 out of 10. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a complementary kalamansi juice, sweets and a fruit place. The hotel has only a few rooms (5 or 6), as a result the staff knows you personally and do their best to satisfy all your needs. Anytime we needed anything they were always there ready to help (whether it was snorkeling with sharks, bike rental or transfer to the airport). The room is spacious with a separate small room for the luggage and things. All rooms are with seaview, breakfast is provided upon request to your room (they have a choice of dishes and you make an order in the evening). Each room is equipped with a cell phone, so whatever you need anything you just need to text the reception. You have a perfect opportunity relax in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere during your vocation. I'd call this hotel "paradise for introverted people" as you almost never see other guests, connect to the staff via WhatsApp (if you don't want to go to the reception) and get room service once it needed. All the dishes at the restaurant were really delicious for quite a reasonable price (coctails 190-250 peso, burger - 540 peso, entrees 400-850 peso), so we stayed at the hotel and decided not to go anywhere else for lunch or dinner. Our flight was cancelled and the staff was there to help us rebook our stay. Will definitely return.

The location was in great proximity to the ‘action’ but far enough away that it was quiet. The grounds, rooms and public areas were well presented and well kept. The staff were excellent.

The hospitality of the resort's respected owners is number 1! They made us feel more welcome and "homie". Thank you 🙏🙏 They spent time talking with us and hanging out with us with their cute puppies. I called them Queen Lexie & Princess Hearty. You guys will fall in love with them. Puppies are very friendly & know how to entertain guests as well. - The accomodation location is so near to the Airport. - Home-cooked breakfast is so yummy and very affordable. - The interior design of the rooms is so cozy & elegant, the AC is so cool & quiet, each room is very tidy, clean, smells good, (definitely no smoking inside) and there were absolutely no insects or pests inside the rooms. - No shower heater, but I did not mind, no big deal, manageable. - The pool has a sauna and waterfall — OMG we loved it, and we enjoyed it! - With free toiletries. - Fresh & smells good sheets, linens, towels. - Outdoor area, not too bad for insects, despite the location being surrounded by a bushy area. - Rough road going to the resort, but we didn't mind, most of the resorts located in back road areas are the same. That is what is in Bohol, so no big deal, all worth it! it does not affect the accomodation and overall holiday in Bohol itself, and they will help you with transport. TukTuk is very affordable & prompt, and the drivers are very knowledgeable about tourist area destinations. - The resort itself is very near the Alona Beach area & accessible to different restos, bars & beaches. And also near the point area for going to Oslob, Cebu for whale shark watching. - The resort is very quiet & peaceful. I can't barely hear roosters or dogs. - Personally, I was content just to chill at the resort the whole day. - Grab or Food panda is available in the area. - Accomodation rate is very affordable. - See you again Lexie & Hearty ☺️ Highly Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Banyan Villa Panglao with private pool is a recently renovated villa in Panglao, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, garden and shared lounge. I am as satisfied with my stay as one could possibly be. The villa is stunning and beautifully designed. There are so many thoughtful details that make the stay more enjoyable that it’s hard to list them all. But listen to this: Xbox, Bluetooth speaker, projector, on-site scooter rentals, swimming pool, outdoor bathrooms, and even mineral water straight from the tap. On top of that, Jane and Stephanie were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our trip. Their hospitality went far beyond high-quality service—it’s hard to put into words how much they enhanced our stay and made traveling around the island easier. In short: I have very high standards when it comes to accommodations, but here, I was impressed by literally every little thing. 10/10!

It was a super nice and clean property that has everything you need! The location was nice because it was a bit outside of the Main Street so it was nice and quiet. The Main Street and beach can easily be reached walking or with a tricycle. The host was very nice and sweet and made us feel very welcomed!
