Wow…one of the best hotels we stayed in the Philippines. Very big and comfy family room‘s. Outstanding staff and personal. We received Alu Bottles for refilling water to prevent plastic waste. The food was great and delicious. The dive shop is clean and top notch. The beach is clean and the staff take good care of it. To Highlight the staff, well trained and hosting the guests very good. My 3 kids, wife and Mum enjoyed every minute at Salamangka Resort. The street that was complained by some guests is improving and not an issue at all by walk or mobility.

Everything was INCREDIBLE!! Joy and Lutz are the most wonderful people and they were so kind and hospitable towards us. We told them that we were sick when we arrived and Joy chopped up a coconut for us to drink out of and Lutz took us to buy medicine. They absolutely didn’t need to, but they took care of us as if we were family. The house is absolutely GORGEOUS and that VIEW!!!! Incredible. Everything about our stay was just amazing and I am DREAMING of coming back!! It was such a pleasure to be hosted by such wonderful people in the most gorgeous place ever.

The tent was super comfortable, a nice change from staying in regular hotels or hostels, fan and A/C kept us lovely and cool. The food was INCREDIBLE, breakfast included, had dinner once and everything we ordered from the menu was so delicious and unique! The bar was great fun, Paul would usually make our cocktails and they were 10/10 delicious. All the staff at Runik are so caring and go above and beyond for you. Thank you to all the lovely women on front desk who welcome you from the beginning. You all work so hard and it shows! We want to come back ASAP....! Pool area and sea views are fabulous. We would wake up at 6am and go down with an iced coffee to watch the fisherman out at sea each morning :). We hired a scooter each via reception, this is how we got around as the hotel is a little away from the restaurants etc. We used the scooters to visit all the tourist spots too.

Hidden Gem The perfect place for a secluded getaway just outside the town of Siquijor. We were collected from the port by Bong who was very helpful with anything we needed. He had mopeds waiting for us when we arrived and organised boat tickets immediately for when we had planned to depart the Island (Highly recommended as getting tickets at the port can be very time consuming). The accommodation itself was brilliant, we had a triple room that was serviced every morning. Had everything we needed, En-suite toilet, TV, A/C, Fridge, Kettle etc.. Extremely peaceful place with a fantastic pool and gardens with a nice bar and seating area. The ideal place to unwind. They also offer a laundry service which is great for bag-packers ! Highly recommend, would definitely stay again !

Hans and Alice are so lovely and welcoming!! The other staff there are also so friendly and helpful with everything! We loved the pool area and being right on the beach. The room was well equipped and big and we loved the little paved porch on our doorstep. Hans and Alice were quick to help us with what we needed like a scooter, tips of where to go and where to eat and giving us a lift to the port. It was a very special touch getting the little treat because we were there for our honeymoon. A really lovely stay and in a nice, peaceful part of the island. Great internet connection too! And lots of beautiful trees and plants around. Thank you!
