Literally no words could describe the beauty of the hotel especially in winter , everything covered in white but full of life and beauty It looks just like disney movies or fairytales 🥹 Our stay was from 24-27th December in a family chalet and they gifted us some presents for Christmas it made us feel even happier The location the staff the facilities we had everything was perfect , breakfast is so good with a lot of healthy options , The location is great 15mins away from the center by car so its close enough to the center but at the same time far from the city buzz so u could have 2 in 1 experience and try everything The reception staff were absolutely amazing so helpful and nice , they recommended to us a lot of activities to do in zakopane and made sure we got everything we wanted . I recommend to go in Christmas since the whole hotel and chalets were decorated with lights and Christmas trees they were absolutely gorgeous The spa was just prefect the hot jacuzzi in the middle of the snow the saunas and the comfy sofas front of the fireplace with breathtaking views . I traveled to a lot of places and a lot of hotels but like this one i never witnessed Would definitely go back millions of times in all seasons just to relax and feel free again

The design was excellent and the way you get from the parking garage to your apartment is ingenious. It is a beautiful work of architecture and brilliant engineering design. The interior decoration was really cozy and comfortable. The spa area was a really good way to recharge at the end of the day. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My family and I will definitely return here as we didn’t want to leave.

The hotel room is full of small details and useful things starting from adorable stylish dishes, a vase for flowers, finishing with kitchen paper towels and a little box with a variety of things for women's hygiene. That was very thoughtful, I have never seen anything like that in any other hotel! The spa works from 16:00 to 20:00 (most days), which was very handy for us. In the morning we could go skiing or explore the city, then have a nice late lunch around 14-14:30 exploring polish restaurants, and by 16-17 we would come back to the hotel. SPA was an incredible way to get warm after a cold day. We especially loved the Turkish sauna as this one had a little shower cable (?) with cold water so you can create a temperature contrast for your body. And of course we fell in love with the jacuzzi. Especially great was sitting there so close to the panoramic window and seeing the falling snow being just 1 meter away from you. After that we could have a simple dinner made on an adorable kitchenette. The closest local shops have a variety of tastes of local pierogi. Don't hesitate to try it! We ended up cooking pierogi for every dinner of our stay. This part I write mostly for the owner or the manager of the hotel as this information could probably be very useful to improve this incredible hotel: - The pillows we had felt quite thin, probably would be nice to update them or buy a thicker ones - The piano music in the jacuzzi zone was relaxing, but a little too loud. And after a while, about 20-30 minutes I felt disturbed by it and had to leave. From one point of view - it's a subtle way to make sure that no one will hold the jacuzzi for too long, but still worth mentioning. If it's not the goal - probably any other less simple and less repetitive music would fit. There is "massage music", maybe it could work. Thank you so much for the incredible experience!

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and we would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were helpful and friendly. A great bonus was the wellness area where we were able to relax completely. We also enjoyed the delicious and rich breakfasts, with something for everyone.

Situated within 700 metres of Zakopane Aqua Park and 1.3 km of Railway Station Zakopane in Zakopane, Wrota Chałubińskiego features accommodation with seating area. The hotel was located in an excellent location near the center. Room was tidy, spacious, really pretty and cozy as shown in the pictures. Moreover it had great equipment including dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, iron, induction hob, hair dryer ,TVs etc. - in short, everything you need and even more. The Staff was super nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay along the tasty breakfast with many choices. The wellness area was pretty and clean as well. The only thing I'd change is to increase the water flow in the shower, which is not a necessary problem rather than a personal preference. Overall we're glad we chose this hotel and will happily come back next time. :)
