The staff were ALL very friendly (and a special shout out to the lovely Mafalda who gave suggestions on what to see, answered our questions about the Portuguese language and culture, and delivered friendly smiles like warm sunshine every day without fail!) The rooms are well appointed & clean (extremely important to us!), the breakfast had a good selection each day (yes, the same foods each day, but you could select something new each day for a week without eating the same thing twice), the location is perfect (so close to beaches and a short 5-10 minute walk into town), the view is wonderful, and I miss sitting on the balcony each morning with my cappuccino enjoying the sea view and breeze with the sounds of doves cooing. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. I will definitely be back!

We were accommodated impeccably. We went on a low season and it was great for the families with babies. Amazing view, Luna and cats followed us everywhere which we never felt alone. Same as Luis took us to their farm for a visit and we had a chance to know a lot for their coffee production.

Beautiful property! We rented the two units on ground floor (we were two families) for 4 nights, it was perfect for us. Everything was very clean, comfortable, quiet. AC in each room. We were greeted by the host who was very nice, easy to communicate with, responsive, also gave us great recommendations. Appreciated the complimentary fruit basket and sweets, coffee pods and tea bags. Pool and jaccuzzi were great, the kids loved it. Beautiful view. Easy to park in the area. Possible to walk downtown but with young kids, we prefered taking the car because the walk back is quite steep. Don’t hesitate to ask host for items such as drying rack or beach umbrella.

The host is a singularly informative and warm person. Extremely hardworking and it shows in the property. The property itself is a wonderful place. Breakfast was great. And speaking as an American, the big pot of coffee was a nice surprise. One particular highlight was when the host cooked alcatra for us.

It was self check in and the hosts were even able to allow us to check in early. Property was very very close to main city Angra and only 20 minutes from the airport. Hosts provided welcome treats!
