I like the location far from noise and any pollution. Just located near the main highway. Cleanness is perfect, the apartment was beautiful and coosy. A gas station is nearby. The staff is friendly and supportive. My family enjoyed a lot with Massage chairs and my kids enjoyed the play area on the first floor. Also, the Grosserry shop and laundry is just down the side of the apartment. And one more point breakfast was delicious and healthy.

I stayed here for the night en route to AlUla from Jubbah. This is a fantastic property—especially for the price-point. I had a very large one-bedroom unit with a dedicated living room and bedroom (and kitchen that I did not use). This arrangement was particularly helpful, as I was able to work and take a bunch of conference calls. The staff went over and beyond to make me comfortable—e.g., serving me complimentary Arabic coffee and dates and helping a food delivery driver bring my dinner when they got lost and I could not describe my whereabouts in Arabic. The location is great, right next to a massive supermarket and within walking/short driving distance of many restaurants. All in all, highly recommended for a short (in my case) or long stay in Ha'il!
