Everything was clean when we came, and on Thursday the room service was operating, but on Friday they did not. Everyone in this hotel is very kind. The location is about 40 min walking to old Al Balad, and about 25 min by car to the airport, or to the Corniche. Hiring Uber from rhis hotel is easy and inexpensive.
