We felt very well taken care of as soon as we entered the hotel to the moment we left. They made our special day even more memorable because of their care. Thank you especially to Nouf, Mustafa, Abdullah , Hasan the bell boy, the Breakfast manager in brown uniform, and the lady who works the night shift and checked us in. It's not posh, it's stylish, beautiful, extremely expensive only the way this unique design and quality can be. Utterly gorgeous. B) Service is incredible. Yes it's the first year of the resort and the staff makes all that s possible to suffice. Yet they are from around the world the most profeccient and rhoughtfull, yet kind people. From the arrival to the departure transfer in orange Lucid car to the RSI airport. Totally in awe.
