A great place for a stop over on our way from Trondheim to Rovaniemi. We were the only guests staying that night and had a great nights sleep after a long journey. Supermarket shops about a 20/ 30 minute drive and we were able to get some food and use the microwave. Not long after we left our car left the road due to the snow and our host Per was very kind and superb and arranged for his friend to come with a tractor and rescue us. I liked everything about this accomodation, be it location, stay, the owners and all the other things. It is a very beautiful, calm and quiet location by the water where you can chill. Really a paradise for family with children. House is fully equiped with all the home appliances and also spacious. The most impotant part is the owners live right next door, so any help you need they attend you immideately. I am really thankful to Lars for helping us promptly for a drainage clogging situation and also he suggested best places to visit nearby which made our day. It was a really memorable stay. Thanks to Lars and Sussane.

Well-equipped, with lots of outdoor decking and seating space. The sauna hut is beautiful, with a comfortable seating go area warmed by the same fire that heats the sauna. We stayed in the detached bedroom and the bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best I have slept in. We also appreciated the many thoughtful touches, like coffee-making facilities, games to play, mosquito repellent etc.

The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.
