Situated 2 km from central Kivik, this family-owned accommodation is 15 minutes’ drive from the town of Simrishamn. It provides free Wi-Fi, a furnished garden and on-site restaurant with bar. I loved the place, the garden, the friendly staff, the delicious dinner. The location was perfect to continue my journey around Kivik. It was a fantastic stay that I wish to come back again.

This hotel is in the Österlen village of Kivik, just 300 metres from a sandy beach. It provides free WiFi access, a restaurant, and a neo-Renaissance garden. Great location, with a beautiful garden and sea view. It was relatively empty (dead week just before midsummer) and we enjoyed the calm of the place. The restaurant and breakfast was fine. The room (Villa Emiliero superior 32) was old fashioned with a perfect view. Bed was very confortable. We recommend strongly to visit Ystad and to go to JH matbar. One of best food experience we had in Sweden (very inexpensive comparing to similar venue in Stockholm)

Beautiful and genuine place, very nice rooms and bathrooms. Nicely decorated with stylish design details. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant excellent. Staff friendly and professional - overall a very good experience. Also spa facilities are nice with outdoor pools.
