Mandy is a gem; I have never felt so warm and comfortable with a hotel staff, until I met her. She speaks excellent English, helps me practice my broken Thai, suggests where we can have the best food offerings in Nan, and informs the tour guide about where we should travel. If I have to visit scenic Nan again, Mandy is definitely one of the reasons.
