I had an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo in Phuket, Thailand. I stayed for about nine nights, and honestly, it was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff ( Mai and Pleng and Mon and Salmon) were incredibly friendly and welcoming ( many thanks for them ). And the staff of house keeping they were amazing. Their warmth really made my experience special. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket

The service, the quality, there is just that extra "that!" which makes it absolutely classy and superb! I loved where it is situated - by the ocean front. I loved the view, even from my room which was at the back. The pools were exceptionally clean! Breakfast had loads of selections from continental, to Asian. No other place has outdone this one yet.

The attention to detail was immaculate! We loved the little touches in the room from the Japanese style toilets to the bedtime tea and personalised notes from staff. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious and beautiful. We were so impressed by the map of Old Town full of suggestions of restaurants, bars and activities. We also loved the breakfast, with choices from local restaurants all over Old Town. The pool and reading room are beautiful as well.

Mr Tom fue muy atento en todo momento para que nuestra estancia fuese lo mejor posible. Nos ayudo mucho con los traslados y sus recomendaciones. Por otro lado la casa es magnifica.

The welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful hospitality made this the perfect start to our Phuket family holiday. Highly recommended!
