She is an excellent professional — she helped us communicate with our taxi driver, who spoke only Turkish, and arranged a laptop charger for my husband. Also, on the last day, we were given one hour of free late check-out, which was very convenient to prepare for our trip back home. A special thanks to the gardener — I have never seen such a beautiful garden! Every corner of the hotel is full of flowers, even on the beach deck. Cheers to the entertainment team, especially Madina, who even managed to get my husband to play volleyball (he usually prefers relaxing on the beach with a beer). The aquapark is also very good, my teenage son approved (), a high level of security team on the pool side. The water in the second week of October was chilly in the aqua park but other heated pool is available. We would love to come back next year.
