Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It began with the warm hospitality of the receptionists, followed by a spotless room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. We even had the spa entirely to ourselves, as we visited at the beginning of the season. The breakfast was top-notch, and the whole stay truly felt like a 5-star experience. If you’re staying in Bursa, don’t hesitate—take the 20-minute ride out to the Swissôtel. It’s absolutely worth it.

From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, to playing areas for kids to warm hospitality to amazing employees everything exceeded my expectations. Situated in the oldest residential district of Çekirge in Bursa, Marigold Hotel features extensive spa facilities and a fine dining restaurant with bar. The staff was very kind. I highly recommend this hotel. One of the staff members parked our car and helped us carry our luggage to the room. We were also two hours late for dinner due to long delays at the border, but they were extremely nice and waited for us so we could still be served. This hotel is a great choice if you're traveling to Antalya, as it's located right halfway between Antalya and Romania. On our way back, we'll stop here again — and definitely in the future too.

Great hosts, very clean, they were very carefull with everything, fresh and home grown\made breakfast and the dog was a gentelman! We love it soo much that we will come back and we will bring friends with us. Excellent experience, we love it so much!!

From the moment we entered we were well catered for with politeness and kindness. The room was absolutely stunning and clean. It was large enough to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast with world class. With a huge variety and tastes to cater for all needs.

The staff were all so helpful, the food was excellent with lots of choice, the rooms were great and the beds very comfortable. Skiing works differently from Europe with ski equipment hired by the day (1750 TRY for skis boots & poles - or 1500 if you don't need boots - 250 TRY discount for cash). Staff put the boots on for you and take them off - we thought this could be an issue thinking we might have to wait each day - but this was not the case as there was always someone on hand to help quickly. The pistes are not maintained like Europe but may suit borders more as snow is not compacted. The hotel is perfectly located for the slopes.
