Great views of lake iznik, next to the main boulevard of the lake and to the center fo the town, great rooms and extremely kind staff. The amazing experience started with the two concierge staff (Recep & Gokul). Their welcoming smile was so genuine and humble that melted s instantly. They helped to park my car that got stucked in snow a bit. By the time I went to check in, the receptionist also surprised us with free room upgrade. She had a genuine smile as well. She (I forgot her name 🤦‍♂️) informed us the timings for meals all thru the day. Then I met with another beautiful receptionist (Cyndi, forgot the Turkish name), who advised all the places and activities that can be done. Also informed her about my wife birthday surprise plan and she instantly proposed all the options and a real surprise were done along with Dicle who was responsible guest relation. My daughter loved Dicle so much...took some modeling photos..😁 The view from the room was simply breath taking
