Everything was great, the facilities, the staff, Ms. Ipek was so welcoming greatfully helpful. Mr. Muslum as well, Ozlem and Menekse were amazing in helping us in services. Highly recommended for winter break holiday

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Mr Alper made the whole process smooth, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The customer service was top-notch, and I'll be returning! Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Special thanks to Mr Alper and Mr Ahmet and his fellow staffs(sorry couldn’t remember their names)

Turkish Mountain Retreat localiza-se em Saadet e fornece acesso Wi-Fi gratuito, um jardim, um salão partilhado e um terraço. Everything was perfect, we had the most amazing hosts, Debbie and Zubie! We loved our room, it was very spacious with a big, comfortable bed, a large bathroom - and a wonderful view to the mountains. It really is a perfect, cozy and welcoming Turkish retreat with nature around us. After having a delicious Turkish breakfast in the morning, we could go for a hike and see the waterfalls or the Oylat Cave during the day and enjoy a hot bath in the evening. In addition, we were lucky enough to spend New Year's Eve there and had a wonderful night with our hosts, who made us feel at home. We definitely recommend it and would return anytime!

This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Well located in Bursa opposite shopping mall, ATM and 15 min taxi to cable car. Thermal spa facilities complimentary. Room spacious and comfortable room temperature. Carpeted, luxurious feel bathroom with good layout. Breakfast superb. Massage was excellent (extra charge worth it )

Located just 200 metres from Ataturk Museum, this 5-star luxury hotel offers panoramic views of Bursa with a backdrop of the famous Uludag Mountain. 1) It's a historical hotel with a great view. 2) Very good breakfast 3) Nice swimming pool 4) Spacious room with balcony. 5) Value for money - very good. Overall, with some correction in the management of the staff this could be a great hotel.

I always wanted to come to Iznik, and I am glad that my trip happened with a stay at this hotel. It is in the perfect location within the town, and has everything. Great views of lake iznik, next to the main boulevard of the lake and to the center fo the town, great rooms and extremely kind staff. They also have a great clothes washing service if you need to use it. 11/10 rating if I could
