They helped us finding a balloon ride after the one we had booked was canceled, and it went perfectly. They recommended very good sightseeing, in particular Ibrahim. There was a little issue with the bathroom door and they went all over to solve it. Also, great view from the room.

The staff at the hotel is very kind and helpful: they helped us organize all our daily trips and offered very useful tips and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast is awesome, providing both local and international options. We required gluten free food and they has everything ready for our stay. The locations of the hotel is very good and the terrace and the views are fabolous. I would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone.

This hotel is situated in the centre of Goreme and it offers a large sun terrace with panoramic views of UNESCO-listed fairy chimneys. It has fairy chimney and cave rooms. Beautiful location with view over town. Walking distance to everything. Staff was very helpful with good recommendations on car hire, balloon flights and hiking. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything was heartfelt and done with such pride!!!! Our tour guide connected with the hotel was magnificent ( we did a private tour bc we knew wed we be tired and may want to be on our own schedule), the guide even made reservations at a well known ( we come to know later) testi kabob place 6 hrs prior so we’d have made to order! All was so loving and full of pride there! Even kitties:)
