The territory is clean and well-maintained, the spa area is pleasant, and the staff at reception were polite and helpful. The room was warm, the bed comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We celebrated our anniversary there and we were bright champagne and terramisou to our room on arrival. The in room jaccuzi was beautiful with the fire behind it and the perfect end to a long day. We will definitely be back nxt time we go to Ukraine.

This hotel provided me with the rest that was much needed after one and a half years of constant work during a time of war. Even after only a one night stay, I felt refreshed and rested. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was amazing, and the room was spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Lviv Casino & Spa! Everything exceeded my expectations — from the welcoming and attentive staff to the elegant room and the outstanding breakfast (seriously, it’s a real highlight! The SPA area deserves a special mention. I had a massage session with Natalia — she is not only a highly skilled professional but also a great listener with a deep understanding of the human body and mind. I left feeling completely relaxed and uplifted. Highly recommend her if you’re visiting the SPA!
