Our room was large and the bed very comfortable, with the mattress just the right level of firmness. Some features were high-tech, almost over the top, such as the shower with six different showerheads and a touch-screen control. Regretfully we did not get to try the hot tub ("urban hot spring").

The location is perfect for event at the KeyBank Center. Did pre check in from the email they sent and our room was ready when we got there at 2:40. Fridge was already plugged in which was great. Was also able to get a parking spot so that was great too.

This hotel is 9.5 km from The Buffalo Zoo. It features an on-site restaurant and a connecting pool. The freshly redone rooms were amazing I have been coming here for years and years usually for bills games. Stopping by this time, the rooms, staff and bar were all amazing!
