Definitely recommend to anyone who loves quality and enjoy peace.

Certain units offer a private balcony, free WiFi. Beautiful hotel. It was close enough to everything, but just far enough away to get away from it all. The room was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We will stay here a few more days when we get back from Hoi An.

Rooms were very large with lovely big windows with views of the city and river. Staff was extremely helpful, especially Huyen at the Tour desk. Very knowledgeable and a great source of information.

The property is situated 1.4 km from Love Lock Bridge Da Nang, 3.9 km from Asia Park Danang and 10 km from Marble Mountains. The hotel provides a hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. Really nice and clean with 24h reception that you can count on, they speak good English. I saw them clean many times a day in the common areas and when I asked for an extension cable to be able to charge my laptop they immediately brought one for me. The female dorm had its own bathroom outside, though I only noticed it the next day, but the shared ones were fine as well with shampoo and shower gel provided.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service was top-level. One morning, the cappuccino machine at breakfast wasn’t working – but they quickly resolved it, and every day after that, I got my cappuccino from the bar, free of charge. That’s real care for guests! The breakfast selection was amazing – fresh and new options every single day. The desserts were absolutely delicious. We also tried the afternoon tea, and it was incredibly tasty – especially considering the very reasonable price. A special thank you to all the staff – they were so kind, polite, and attentive. I truly felt welcome and taken care of. I definitely want to come back again – just to experience that level of hospitality one more time.

The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Lucie. Nothing is too much for her — she's always willing to help and arrange anything you might need. In the morning during breakfast, Lucie came by for a chat. She asked how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to make our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated this personal attention. Initially, the booking didn’t go well. Booking.com hadn’t mentioned that the room had no view, nor that painters would be working on the balcony every morning from 6:30 a.m. We declined this room and explained that we had expected one with a view. The ladies at the front desk handled the situation very professionally and to our complete satisfaction — we even received a complimentary upgrade. Truly an amazing room! Despite this small hiccup, still a 10 out of 10!
