Rose on reception in particular organised all our day trips and was super helpful. Thank you Rose, you really made the stay feel very special and not just another hotel room.

They even had a surprise Christmas party + magic show for the kids which my kids loved. My family room had a bunk bed for kids which was another excellent feature.
