The room was clean, with an amazing view, the food was great, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The hotel staff was nice, and they were friendly throughout our stay there Huyen helped us with the airport shuttle reservation, and provided tips for spending the days in Da Nang, and nearby attractions. Thank you Huyen, and Sala Danang staff!

This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. The Hotel offers elegantly well-appointed rooms and suites with great views toward the ocean and the city. Everything was great. Since moment one we felt the connection and the costumer service. Our stay was really pleasing. We book 2 partial sea view rooms and views were good. Breakfast was amazing, lots of option and fresh.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Lucie. Nothing is too much for her — she's always willing to help and arrange anything you might need. In the morning during breakfast, Lucie came by for a chat. She asked how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to make our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated this personal attention. Initially, the booking didn’t go well. Booking.com hadn’t mentioned that the room had no view, nor that painters would be working on the balcony every morning from 6:30 a.m. We declined this room and explained that we had expected one with a view. The ladies at the front desk handled the situation very professionally and to our complete satisfaction — we even received a complimentary upgrade. Truly an amazing room! Despite this small hiccup, still a 10 out of 10!
