The location is great, right next to the metro station, which is very convenient. They upgraded us to a one-bedroom flat, instead of a double room (without us asking for an upgrade and without additional cost). It also has a great view of the Burj Khalifa from the lounge, pool and the hotel restaurant that we dined in.

Everything was superb! The hotel location and services are amazing. Classy and quiet. All staff were really professional and very friendly, especially Nisa & Aygül. The room was lovely, big enough and clean, with an excellent Burj Khalifa view. I enjoyed  beautiful sunrises with that beautiful view. The service was top notch and the breakfast buffet was wonderful! Would highly recommend Rose Tower as well as Rotana's other hotels and I will definitely book it again.

Rooms were large, beds comfortable and the staff were amazing. The bathtub in the bathroom was a plus!

Everything was fine in this hotel very comfortable and clean rooms 'and very nice view were you can see shikh Zaid road from the top' special thanks to ANUJ from the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing hotel, one of the best i visited, i liked a lot the welcoming and the staff and the positive response of all what i asked for, Specially the receptionist who checked me in she was amazing, (dont remember the name) and the director (who i met while i was at the reception) ( he s from egypt) a very respectable man and all the staff .

The excellent and courteous staff, the rooms and the breakfast.

Most importantly they arranged an early check in for me at 9.am. Breakfast was outstanding, staff helpful in every aspect. I am coming to Dubai around three times a year and will certainly give preference to Tower Plaza in the future.
