The hotel is convenient. Location is amazing, staff are super helpful and friendly, the hotel style and atmosphere is fun, the view on the track was exceptional especially that there was an event taking place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. The comfort was excellent, the location was perfect, and the hotel felt welcoming and relaxing from the very first moment. The breakfast was amazing, with great variety and quality, and the service was outstanding. What truly touched us was the kindness of the breakfast staff, who gave my son a Christmas gift. That gesture meant so much to us and made our stay unforgettable. A very special thank you to the staff, especially Terry and Shaya, who were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Their warmth and care truly made a difference and made us feel like valued guests. Everything about this hotel was perfect, and we cannot recommend it enough. We would happily return and will always remember this beautiful experience 🌟🎄

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was extremely clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming, especially Abdullah, Plixi and Ajay. Truly the best service I’ve experienced. Everything felt warm and pleasant, and I was treated in the nicest way possible. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Our stay at The First Collection JVC was fantastic! Our room on the 29th floor had breathtaking views, and it was always spotless. The lobby smelled amazing, and the staff were the highlight—extremely kind, professional, and helpful. A special thanks to Jitendra and Rubel for their exceptional service. The team even surprised us with a cake before we left, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, the hospitality here is unmatched, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, close to some landmarks, as well as the supermarket, restaurants, and Mall of the Emirates. The bathrooms and rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Thanks to Rajesh for the wonderful service and his constant smile, and also to Ahmed for helping us with the luggage. Highly recommended!

I am a Canadian and i have stayed in hotels for decades . This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stay in my life . The house cleaning comes at the time you want it. The staff or as attentive and more so as if you are staying in a luxury 5 or 7 star property. The rooms are nice the hotel is new and clean. Do not waste your money anywhere else. Wow. The location is excellent very close to the train in a beautiful Mall.

Rooms are generous, staff is friendly
