My family and l loved this hotel so much, the staff were always beyond friendly, kind, respectful and showed such care and treated us with high respect and decency! The hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed at around the world, we have travelled everywhere and this was our last stop before going home to Australia. The Hotel is simple and has all the comfort that one needs. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rica at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant all the time. Her customer service was super. Breakfast was really good. The location is the best only five to 10 minutes walk to Dubai mall where everything is happening. I had a great stay and enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel. And it is a great value.
