The only damp smell in the hotel carpets.I've stayed in many luxury hotels.This hotel realy ver good. This hotel truly deserves a 10 out of 10.Staff is excellent.

It was cool inside all the time which is great because outside was were high temperature. It has a pool that is heated and with a lovely view. We ordered food couple of times first it was not expensive second it was delicious.

Excellent hotel with people friendly staff during our new year trip to Dubai, we loved it. Especially house keeping staff like Mr. Ye Htet, Ganapathy and Masaud. The hotel is in very close proximity to Dubai mall and Burj and the breakfast was delicious.

The location is right besides mall of the emirates and metro station very convenient on the main road The size of the bed and bedroom was amazing huge comfortable The cleanliness level was on the top I requested a silent room and it was and i could rest perfectly The hotel has modern design and fresh smell Nothing to say

I liked the the room design and TV as well. It is connectable to phone. I connected and watched movie. Room is clean and quiet. Service is not that much professional but still it is ok for 3 star hotel. I liked the breakfast as well. It is small and very nice. Level one design is also good 👍

The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the city. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything spotless, and the in-room dining options were excellent. Diverse breakfast with staff attentive to your needs . Excellent location near all connections. Parking in the basement of the hotel, easy to reach location, impeccable reception service, very clean rooms with excellent conditions. Perfect pool for a hot day with a very nice supervisor.
