Rooms were super clean. The guys on reception were great. The best customer service I have had in South America so far. Can’t fault the place. Great location

A fabulous hotel with amazing staff, wonderful food, very comfortable rooms, impeccable hygiene, and amazing views of the Andes from our 9th floor room.

Location was excellent And in easy walking distance to the centre shops and Plaza Independencia. Staff were really helpful and caring. Just a great place to spend a week

Incredible staff. Agustina is remarkably kind and helpful (and definitely deserves a raise!). We also greatly appreciated Alejandro's help and ingenuity! Location is unbeatable, steps away from Plaza Independencia, which is in the heart of the city, and walking distance to all the other nice plazas and main streets. Hotel was big, clean, and pool was great. Breakfast with gluten-free options upon request appreciated.
