We showed up at about 9:00am after a flight cancellation and our rescheduled flight was going to force us to check out at 1:30am. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They immediately allowed us to have breakfast (really good!!!) since we would miss it the next day. Before we finished breakfast, they provided a key to our room!!! They even made sure that a taxi was waiting for us at 1:30am. Also a great, quiet location. We will stay here for sure on our next trip to Buenos Aires!!!

Absolutely gorgeous place- the garden and waterfall in the lobby is beautiful, the rooms are modern and comfy, the garden setting for the hotel breakfast is wonderful! The front desk staff is super friendly. Enjoyed the warm jacuzzi tub on the rooftop.
