Like all establishments, it is the people that makes the difference. The lounge and den had exceptional views, the breakfast presented a good selection, simple and delicious. Fernando who looked after us in the restaurant deserves a special mention, and the front office staff Luciana who took the time to extend a very warm welcome and disseminated all information regarding the hotel’s dining experience, laundry pricing etc. No request was ever too tall for housekeeping, bravo! Back of the house - the chef/executive chef -mucho, mucho gracias, all our meals at dinner was delicious, great presentation and pleasing to the eyes.

The staff is super friendly and professional. They are always available to help and very attentive to detail, The room is clean, modern, comfortable, and has incredible views, the hotel's location is amazing, far enough from the city to get more peace, but sufficiently close if you want to head into town (you will need a car).

Gorgeous place with wonderful views. Secluded and very romantic. Our room had a picture window looking out onto the lake. Cosy place with friendly staff. We took the canoe out onto the lake one day. Lovely place to just relax and enjoy the views. Highly recommended.

Charming old cottage in a wonderful location. Great value. A wonderful old world hotel oozing charm. Far better to stay here than in the town of Bariloche. Superb views drives and hi,e nearby.

We went on a 20 bus to Cerro Campanario, enjoyed the...

We went on a 20 bus to Cerro Campanario, enjoyed the panoramic lake views from there and then went on a long (almost 4 hours) Circuito Chico walk (over 20 km), visiting all viewpoints along the way to Llao Llao hotel, and from there took a 20 bus back to our hotel…the weather was very good…

Great location between Bariloche and Cerro Catedral or Circuito chico. Comfortable place with all the basics. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. The heated pool was great to relax at the end of the day. Definitely recommend staying here!

Comfortable stay outside of town - cosy common spaces with a simple but delicious breakfast. Easy access to town with the local bus, and easy access to attractions around Bariloche, eg Circuito Chico, Campanario, etc.

Super nice apartment from where you can reach both the city center and the circuito Chico with the public transport. Vero( the host) is really nice and the communication with her was fast and effective. Cozy, comfortable and new apartmen, with a kitchen where you have even an oven. Really clean.

The location is right on Circuito Chico A lovely little hotel if you just need to bed and breakfast and use it as a base to tour the area. Not a place where you can spend time relaxing.
